1. Accepting the terms
The public website does not require an account. Creating an account or using the app means you agree to the applicable Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using features that require acceptance.
2. Product nature
Earth Online helps people clarify goals, form action routes, execute tasks, and keep a progress trail. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, career, or other professional services and does not guarantee that a goal will be completed.
3. Accounts and security
Provide lawful information, protect your sign-in method, and take responsibility for actions initiated through your account. Use account controls or the published contact channel if you detect unauthorized access. Do not bypass authentication, access another person's private content, or interfere with service security.
4. AI features
AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Product flows should ask for confirmation when output affects a real goal, plan adjustment, or paid AI action. Evaluate output in your own context and do not use it as the sole basis for high-risk decisions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Earth Online unlawfully, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, automate abusive resource use, attempt unauthorized data access, or materially harm the service or other users. Clear safety risks may be restricted.
6. User content
You retain rights in lawful content you create and grant the limited permission needed to provide features you request. Do not submit personal information you have no right to process or infringing content. Private goals and tasks do not become public pages merely because they are created.
7. Intellectual property
The Earth Online brand, interface, code, illustrations, and official content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Unless allowed by law or authorization, do not copy, sell, impersonate the official service, or remove rights notices. Third-party assets remain subject to their licenses.
8. Changes and suspension
The product is evolving, so features, interface, and availability may change. Important changes affecting rights or data handling should receive reasonable explanation. Maintenance, safety, legal requirements, or events outside reasonable control may interrupt parts of the service.
9. Liability boundaries
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Earth Online is provided as actually available and does not make unsupported guarantees about goal outcomes, third-party services, or AI output. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Updates to these terms
The update date will change when these terms materially change, with notice when required. Review changes that affect your rights and obligations before continuing to use the service.
